What you'll learn in this class:

Participants will learn how to make easy appetizers to brighten up their winter.

They had enough of winter, so they are going to brighten things up a bit! Summer rolls from Vietnam, miang kam from Thailand, and fried tofu triangles from whatever country wants to claim them; they're all light, refreshing appetizers that easily turn a handful of ingredients into delectable delights.

They'll also be learning a few complimentary sauces to help out the condiment-loving among them.

Introduction to Stranded Knitting

I really enjoyed myself. The teacher is very friendly, animated, and comfortable with the craft. She taught us the basics of stranded knitting, several simple examples of classic patterning, and introduced us to the terminology. She also showed us a pair of mittens she was knitting in fair isle to show us what we could do. I had lots of success and feel like everyone else also did well.
