Vegetarian Greek Cuisine w/ Sarah Blair

My sister and I had so much fun at this class and Sara is a wonderful teacher! It's amazing how we were able to make such a delicious dinner in just two hours! I would go back for some other cooking classes. Totally recommend it!

How To Make Your Own Gourmet Chocolate Truffles

It was a little pricey for the class but we did learn how to make truffle and that was the purpose. The teacher was great and really knew about chocolate. The class is more about talking about the history of chocolate and then we do the steps that involves truffle making. It's not individual, they separate you by groups so you really dont get to do all the steps by yourself, but it was fun.
