Join Melissa Weller to learn how to fill and roll up a sticky bun or cinnamon roll. Also learn how to quickly whip up scones that are light crumbly in this demo and hands-on class.

A breakfast pastry is the best way to start your day. It's dessert for breakfast! Making your own breakfast sweets is not as intimidating as it might seem. Melissa Weller, of Melissa Makes Bread and formerly of Roberta's & Per Se, makes some of the best pastries around, and she wants to show you how.

Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
