What you'll learn in this chinese cooking class:
Diana Kuan, author of The Chinese Takeout Cookbook, will demonstrate how to make some classic dishes of this spicy and savory Chinese cuisine, as well as how to utilize its key ingredient: Sichuan peppercorn. Tingly taste buds guaranteed.

Refund Policy
When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:
- You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
- Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
- Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
- In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
