What you'll learn in this chicken class:
Join us for one (or more!) of our Sunday Suppers menus. What's more comforting than a good roasted chicken?
In this class we'll focus on making a juicy, delicious bird - brown and crisp on the outside. We'll make an Herby Pan Sauce and serve it with Duck-Fat Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Fennel & Carrots, and make a Spring Salad Composé with Green Goddess Vinaigrette. For dessert, we'll make Crème Brûlée.
All classes at Abigail's Kitchen are complimented with local beer and wine.

Refund Policy
We have a strict 8 business days cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 8 business days before the event, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 4 business days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
