She’s a regular at the 92nd St Y, New York Chocolate Show, I.C.E., and New York Times Travel Show. Her specialty is Italian food and her last book--- Dolci: Italy’s Sweets received a full page write up on the Wall Street Journal! Her newest book Pasta Modern: New & Inspired Recipes from Italy (Stewart, Tabori & Chang, 2013), released in October is already getting rave reviews. She has appeared on numerous TV programs including The Today Show, The Early Show and Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood. In addition she has done several specials for the History, Discovery and Sundance channels and the Food Network.
