Attended: Date Night

Overall, I had fun and thought that the instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. With that said, it's not the best cooking class I've ever taken and there are definitely areas for improvement. * I felt that the recipes were too simple and did not teach me much about food preparation. * There were portions of the recipes that were already prepared. I would have liked to have cooked the meals from start to finish. For example, the steaks had already been marinated.... I get the reasoning behind this but I would like to have seen how you made the marinade. * I would like to have known more about the recipes that we were to prepare while registering for the class. Again, overall I had fun but improvements are needed especially for the class price.
