What’s in that Bag? is a competitive cooking class in which you will be provided with a mystery bag of ingredients that must be turned into a tasty dish in under 2 hours. Toss your chef hat in the ring and compete for the ultimate title of Asphalt Green Executive Chef and prizes. Do you have what it takes?
Refund & Cancellation PolicyThe program refund schedule is as follows: 100% refund for 1 week notification prior to the first scheduled class. 75% refund for 2 days notification prior to the second scheduled class.
No refunds or credits will be granted for the Tuesdays talks series. No refunds or credits will be granted after the second scheduled class session. All our programs are subject to change or cancellation. We cannot be responsible for providing make-ups, credits, or issuing refunds for programs missed as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond the control of Asphalt Green.
The handling charge for all requested refunds is $15. Please allow four to six weeks from receipt for processing a refund request. Registration handling fees are not refundable.

Lisa Sicilia is a self-taught chef who grew up in the kitchen. In 2006, Lisa launched Festive Flavors, a community-focused catering company and teaching kitchen. Lisa has also cooked organic meals for private schools in Brooklyn and conducted cooking classes and nutrition workshops for teens. Since becoming a mother in 2011, her desire to connect young people with food has grown stronger than ever. Her classes focus on understanding ingredients, nutrition and technique. She strives to inspire young chefs to be creative and adventurous in the kitchen.
