What you'll learn in this sushi making class:
Learn to season sushi rice, form veggie dumplings and roll sushi as we make our version of "Spicy Tuna" "Philadelphia" and "California" rolls.The art of sushi making takes years to master but we’ll get you up and running in no time. Our chef instructors will teach you the basics of making a delicious sushi roll, that look and taste great – the secret is in making the perfect rice! Experiment with your own combination of flavors to create the perfect roll.
You are welcome to bring wine, beer, soda or your favorite beverage. We’ll provide cups!

Handmade Pasta / BYOB
The class was amazing! My boyfriend and I had so much fun and all the other couples we met there were very nice and everyone had a great time. Our instructors were very friendly and interactive - we asked them afterwards what other classes they teach as we would love to have them again! The BYO option was great as it made it less expensive and we could refill our glasses as often as we liked. We'll definitely be signing up again soon!

I thought this course was interesting and fun. A great date night. The instructor was knowlegdeable, informative and very organized. The sangria was great and the tapas was delicious and easy to make. I would suggest that they have one more burner so everyone gets a better chance to participate.-

This course was great. The place is really cute and the enviroment is just perfect. The class let us really experiment to do our own pizza.and the other couples there were great. It was a perfect date! and we really did learn how to make pizza from scratch. It is really easy and fun

It's a great concept but geared for a young crowd. Did add to my skill set. That being said , we had fun regardless and the BYOB is awesome!

Handmade Pasta / BYOB
I loved this class. I invited two of my friends to join me and after a few failed attempts at Ravioli making at home decided to find a class where I could learn how to make it. Found coursehourse on line and luckily I had friends who were also interested in pasta making. We had such a fun time. We were in a nice group and it was byob which was perfect. The teachers were great and I love how we learned "worse case scenarios" for what to do when this or that happens to your dough. It was very helpful. My friends and I really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Fondant Roses and Mum Cupcakes/BYOB
This class was lots of fun. Not only did the instructors, Sarah and Nicole, create a relaxed environment, there were able to teach me a lot of great techniques for decorating cupcakes. I would recommend this class to my friends.
