CP’s PMI-ACP® course is designed and perfected by a collaborated team of industry experts and lead instructors. The course has several add-ons to supplement learning during and after the certification training.
CP PMI-ACP® Plus course is available in 4 different variants. You can choose to learn at your own pace with the Self-Study module or get recorded assistance from an expert with the Self-Study Plus Module. You can also learn from an instructor through a virtual classroom with Live Online training or take up the traditional Classroom training with In-Person training.
Who This Course is for
There are no prerequisites to attend the Certification Planner's Agile Practitioner training course. However, to appear for the PMI-ACP® exam, you need to have the following education and work experience.
A professional aiming to take up PMI-ACP® certification should meet the following pre-requisites:
Educational Background: Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent)
General Project Experience: *2,000 hours (12 months) working on project teams. This experience must have been earned in the last 5 years.
Agile Project Experience: 1,500 hours (8 months) working on project teams using agile methodologies. This experience must have been earned in the last 3 years. These hours are in addition to the 2,000 hours required in general project experience.
Training in Agile Practices: 21 contact hours. Hours must have been earned from an agile training.

Refunds: Classroom Training
Once the CP downloadable study material is shared with the students, the refund policy will be void on the enrollment.
Certification Planner reserves the right to postpone, cancel the training or change the location in various circumstances like insufficient enrollments, unavailability of instructor due to health issue or other force majeure events like earthquakes, floods, political instability, etc.
Under which conditions can the refund be initiated?
Who can claim 100% money back?
In case, the participant does not clear the certification exam, they get a refund for the remaining amount after deducting the re-examination fees.
To apply for 100% money back, applicants need to appear for the examination within a certain number of days.
If a participant doesn’t clear the examination in the 1st attempt; they can apply for a refund for the re-examination fees. The participant needs to take the re-exam within the time spectrum mention above from the 1st attempt result.
Even if the applicant does not clear the exam in the 2nd attempt; they can appear for re-exam within the time spectrum mentioned above from 2nd attempt result without paying any fees.
However, if the applicant is not able to clear the exam in the 3rd attempt, applicants get the refund of the balance of enrollment fees paid during enrollment for the course. An exception is in the case of Lean Six Sigma (In-House examination) where the participant can reschedule the examination.
The applicant needs to submit their scorecards of all three attempts in order to claim a refund for the course fee.
