This Project Management Bootcamp reviews the fundamentals and skills of project management. This class is a good place to start within project management education whether you’ve found yourself taking on a project management professional role in your organization or are looking for a career transition in the field.
In this program, you’ll get an introduction to the project management process and best project management training for interacting with the client, stakeholders and your project team. Throughout this class, you'll be working with real-world examples with your instructor; and gain the tools and resources of professionals that you’ll need to increase focus and improve the productivity of your project team.

- Prior to the workshop, participants will receive a project worksheet.
- They will need to complete Section 1 of the worksheet, Describe Your Upcoming Project, before the start of class.
- If you also have any specific challenges in mind with regards to current or past projects, please bring them with you!
- Participants will need to bring a laptop or writing materials to take notes with.
Preparation:You will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a strong internet connection.
- This course will occur completely online using Zoom and Slack.
- Course set up information will be emailed to all students signed up around 24 hours before (and again an hour before) your course launches.

Registration for this class will close 2 hours prior to the session start in order to allow all students ample opportunity to have the technology enabled.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
For students enrolling in 12 week part time and immersive classes, it is not recommended that you book more than one class simultaneously.
