How it Works
Description
If you've never tasted strawberry-rhubarb crisp, you're in for a treat. If you have, you already know it's amazing. The first crisp of the season may be the best.
Your group will:
- Make streusel (oat and nut options if you want to add to the already tasty base recipe)
- Prep the filling
- Bake the crisp (participants can sub berries for rhubarb if desired)
- Make and drink strawberry-rhubarb lemonade
- Make a ginger whipped cream to eat with the crisp
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop led by a professional chef and instructor
- We select and send the optimal ingredient brands and portions to participants to ensure everyone ends with delicious, homemade crisps. All ingredients will be shipped to each participant, including:
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Ground ginger
- Lemons
- 50ml vodka or gin
- An e-Gift Card and shopping guide for your participants to purchase perishables and produce
- **Gluten-Free Option: This event accommodates gluten-free requests - ask our event team for the recommended gluten-free flour. Gluten-free participants are responsible for acquiring the flour.

Pricing
- $1100 for up to 10 people
- $110 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.
