Online / Virtual Baking and Pastry Camp

Let Chef Eric teach your budding Chef how to work in the Kitchen! There will be a variety of chef students of all ages in these Classes. Students will be paired with chef students their own age! We’ve been called the BEST Cooking Camp in Los Angeles by parents and children for 17 Years! Come see why!!

Each day will be fun-filled with kitchen activity as we introduce your children to our kitchen with safety procedures.

Mondays

• Chocolate Chip Shortbread Bars drizzled with Chocolate
• Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Tuesdays

• Profiteroles with Crème Chantilly
• Cornmeal-Crusted Apple Cakes

Wednesdays

• Chocolate-drizzled Wheat Crepes with Homemade Pastry Cream
• Apple Tarte Tatin with Phyllo Dough Crust

Thursdays

• Traditional Scones with Homemade Orange Butter
• Sweet Irish Soda Bread

Note:

The Classes are recorded and emailed for continued viewing. The kids have so much fun in an interactive environment, learn a lot of skills, and dinner or dessert is ready at the end of Class! You will receive recipes with a shopping list of ingredients/ equipment needed – you shouldn’t have to buy anything new as Chef Eric will explain how to use basic products, too!
