Reschedules
Similar to cancellations, we classify reschedules into two categories depending on timeliness.
Transfers
You may transfer your registration in a scheduled class to anyone else. We sometimes allow the transfer of enrollment funds to a different class, but we don’t guarantee it. In either case, start by contacting us.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
