What you'll learn in this baking class:

Come join us in the bakery to learn how to create and bake those wonderfully chewy and twisty treats - pretzels! Our master bakers will teach you a variety of pretzel shapes and techniques and the secret behind that thin amber crust.

School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Eric was a wonderful instructor. He made sure the class flowed smoothly from each step. The class is perfect for someone who wants to get their feet wet in the world of bread baking. We were able to take home plenty of the pretzels and dough (which you can freeze for later). And we ended class with a glass of beer and fresh pretzels Perfect for a date night!
