What you'll learn in this baking class:

With the holidays swiftly approaching, come learn to create mouth-watering, decadent treats with a Thomas Keller Restaurant Group Alum!

In this workshop, the founder of Blondery, Auzerais Bellamy, will share fun and creative hacks to create awe-inspiring desserts. You will receive instructions on creating and decorating, the science behind your ingredients so that you can easily troubleshoot, and a gift bag to keep you baking for the holidays ( with some treats from Blondery and Michel Cluizel) !

  • Decorating: Simplify...or not. 
What you take home:
Each attendee will leave with a bag of goodies from Blondery & Michel Cluizel. Along with recipes and materials to recreate your picture perfect dessert at home!

Note:

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.

All of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients will be provided by Blondery and Michael Cluizel.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
Please wear comfortable clothes and flat closed toe shoes. Please bring a small notebook to take notes. Cellphone pictures are welcome to document the process.
