Discover the art of whole hog butchery and learn the age-old techniques of charcuterie and salumi in this immersive class. Get hands-on experience in preparing different cures and indulge in a thorough tasting spread to compare the various methods. Don't forget to bring a sweater as the class takes place in a cool cutting room.
In this three hour class, students learn different spatula techniques to apply icing on your cakes. You’ll also learn how to create designs using a pastry bag. Students will also learn about the tools and techniques for leveling, using a serrated knife, cake levelers, fillings, and crumb coat.
Note: Everything necessary to participate in the class is provided for you to use. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment prior to the class, or bring anything with you to class.
In order to receive a refund, a 11 business days withdrawal notice is required. If a class is dropped 4-10 business days prior to the class start date, only class credit will be issued.
Please note a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund for each class that is canceled based on the following scale:
Rescheduling a class still entails a cancellation and, therefore, a transaction fee will still be charged to students.
Absolutely no refunds or credits will be issued for a cancellation notice fewer than 3 business days from the class start date.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment. In case of cancellation, all students will be notified and a full refund will be given.
The school maintains the right to deny student registration and/or entrance if more than 20 minutes late.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
