Description
What you'll learn in this pastry class:
The preparation of the mille-feuille, which is a delicious puff pastry, includes folding technique, making light custard cream, and baking. You'll get a chance to learn the theory of mille-feuille as you make your own to take home! We'll also teach you how to make madeleines which are a perfect accompaniment to your tea or coffee.
We use ingredients that are easy to find at local markets and equipment available in every home kitchen!

Refund Policy
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
