School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Hi Christina! The class includes, but is not limited to: mixing a pie dough by hand and then using the dough to shape and assemble crostata and galette.

Chef Dawn is a wonderful teacher. She is very informative, kind and inspires you to become a better cook. I left with three tarts made using different techniques. It does not matter if you have limited or more advanced skills, you will leave feeling uplifted and delighted with how good your pies taste and look! Ready to try them out at home! I will go back for other classes with Dawn, she is fantastic ! Thank you Chef Dawn

Chef Dawn was tremendously supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. The facilities were spacious, comfortable and bright. Overall, this was a great experience and good value. I'd take another class for sure.
