What you'll learn in this baking class:
Make your Valentine’s Day the most memorable yet with Woops’ Valentine’s Day edition demo-macaron workshop. Enjoy the sweet deliciousness of macarons while chatting and sipping champagne. Chef Arbel will demonstrate the secrets behind making authentic French macarons. All guests will be provided with a box of macaron shells and led through filling the macarons and decorating the shells, including chocolate dipping to share with your loved ones. As this is a demo class, participation is limited to filling, dipping, and decorating macarons rather than baking from scratch.

Chef Arbel’s profound culinary journey started back in her childhood when she was inspired by her family’s delicious food. She learned and mastered her skills in France, and later moved to New York City to explore her opportunities. After numerous restaurant experiences, Arbel now works as the executive pastry chef at FoodArt Bakery.
