Making Mozzarella is easier than you think, and we'd love to show you why! Fresh, warm, and the perfect versatile cheese - you'll be elbow deep in hot water, and of course, wine. 

A sit down tasting of Pasta Filata cheeses, followed by a hands on session of actual mozzarella making, you will impress the hell out of your friends and the family you still talk to when you learn our technique. One hell of a date night, amirite?

Hi does the class include curd making? All the steps of the process that I can replicate at home?

Hi Claudio! It does not include making the curd from scratch. They use curd for Lionis. They also sell it retail if they’d like to purchase some after the class. Hope this helps.

Hi there! A 12-year-old can absolutely attend the class! The school can provide non-alcoholic drinks for them. There's also a lot of educational value involved so they would have a great time!

Great teacher who made learning fun. Add a fun group (many of whom were coworkers), wonderful cheese, and good wine. A wonderful way to spend an evening with friends. Making mozzarella is so much easier than I ever anticipated. And so yummy too!

This class was fantastic! Very informative and super fun! Zoe’s passion for cheese was infectious and she really took time to make sure everyone knew what they were doing and answer all questions. I would love to take another class with her at The Bedford Shop. Really well done overall!

The cheese turned out great and the tasting was an added bonus. Wish we had learned more about the first part of the process (making curd). I can understand why there may not be enough time but I would have liked to see that part of the cheese making too - starting from curds kind of felt like “cheating”.
