Transport yourself to the exotic Caribbean this summer with the sweet, smoky smells of freshly grilled Jerk Chicken!
Join us to learning the secret tricks of the trade behind this famously delicious Caribbean favourite to recreate at home this summer! You will be lead through the important culinary skill of breaking down a whole chicken and using the proper knife etiquette to score the bird and julienne vegetables. You will then be taught how to create the tasty Jerk marinade and barbecue the meat on a grill. Pair this with a fragrant coconut rice and peas before traditionally plating this beautiful dish!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the pastry enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your seat, especially if you’re part of a large group. Food and drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside food and drink are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
