What you'll learn in this french cooking class:

Think you make the best chicken? Meet executive chef Lucile Plaza — an alum of Alain Ducasse’s Benoit and Taillevent — who sources heritage breed whole birds, all raised for a minimum of 90 days, at contemporary French bistro Le Coq Rico. The Times gave it two stars and a Critic’s Pick designation. In this class, we’ll get a look at how she adds bold, unexpected flavors to French fare.

Please note that this is a fantastic culinary demonstration & learning experience, rather than a hands-on cooking class.
