What you'll learn in this chocolate making class:
Life is like a box of chocolates, as they say, and in this class we’ll teach you how to make truffles that are an upgrade from your classic Russell Stover assortment. We’ll be making both milk and dark chocolate truffles in an assortment of flavors. Each student will bring home a box of these mouth-watering morsels, but whether or not you finish them all on the subway home is up to you!
Note: It is recommended that students wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
