Learn the inner workings of the wine business in this hands-on and interactive Sales, Service and Buying Course. Geared toward the trade professional, SSB provides a foundation of skills and knowledge needed to successfully run a beverage program.
This is a 10-week program but is sold individually as seminars. This introduces students to core concepts related to:

The ultimate goals are to set standards, better prepare the professional, and improve the consumer wine experience overall. The curriculum has been developed in conjunction with the foremost wine service professionals industry.
While recommended for junior professionals looking to hone their skills and advance their careers, this series is also open to the curious consumer.

Refund Policy
Tuition is non-refundable. Students who are unable to complete the course for which they are registered may put their education on hold and have the option of rejoining where they left off within one year of the start date of the original course. The “hold” date is based on when written notification is received by the school from the student.
