Refunds

• Tuition fees for our conversation sessions (TALK) are refundable if requested in writing at [email protected] prior to the start of the class.
• Tuition fees for private lessons are refundable if requested in writing at [email protected].
• Introductory Lessons cannot be refunded.

Please note that all lessons taken by the student’s program will be discounted from the refund and charged as single sessions and there’s a $35 processing fee.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• To cancel or re-schedule individual or a series of sessions, students must notify CourseHorse at least 2 business days before the day the session is scheduled otherwise the session will be charged.
• Private lessons can be scheduled at your convenience for up to six months after registration depending on our availability.
• All small group courses dates are as indicated; no make-up classes may be scheduled for these courses.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
