What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
The KonMari Method is a practical and effective way to simplify, organize, and create a home that is void of clutter forever. The KonMari method of decluttering focuses on categories of item and, by using the principle of determining what remains by whether it "sparks joy," has resulted in more successful and lifelong results.
This workshop includes hands-on exercises to help you implement the method at home, whether you are just getting started or need support getting beyond challenges in your ongoing process: KonMari folding practice to learn vertical folding; hands-on sorting and decision-making practice (bring in your paper piles!); junk drawer sorting exercise to learn how to turn your junk drawer into the most useful space in your home, and much more.
You'll identify the most problematic spaces in your home and develop a plan of action for how to organize them. Leave with your own plan for starting your KonMari tidying festival.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued if your course is cancelled by the Bronxville Adult School.
- If you need to cancel a registration, email the office at least 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) BEFORE the class start date to receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
- You will receive an email to confirm that your request was received. Please be sure to keep a record of it.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason at any other time, including due to Covid issues. Your registration guarantees you a space in the class regardless of your attendance.
- Students assume full responsibility for any changes to their business or personal affairs.
- No credit will be given for missed classes or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled make-up class.
- Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up and will not be refunded.
- Students assume full responsibility for choosing the appropriate course level. Please contact [email protected] if you have a question about the level or material.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Due to District safety rules, the Pondfield Rd. entrance is locked in the evenings. The ONLY open entrance in the evening is the Elementary School entrance on Midland Ave., next to the playground and parking lot. You may park in that lot even though the sign says Faculty and Staff Only. Staff will be available at the Elementary Entrance to direct you to your classroom. Our classrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities. Please advise us when you register if you have special needs.
