Join us as we gather in a sacred circle and community to shake off the depths of winter’s cold and begin to shift our energies as we prepare to lay the groundwork to blossom and thrive in the spring. Shamanic healer and teacher Olivia Olkowski will guide us in shamanic practices and rituals that use the bright white light of the “Full Snow Moon” to help us release the stagnant energies residing within us, the things that no longer serve us in our life’s journey so that we can allow new energies to burst forth and our best new year intentions to unfold effortlessly.
“Full Snow Moon” or “Full Hunger Moon”, is the coldest time of the year when the snow is usually piled up and it is nearing the end of the winter season. Early man would have little resources to get through the winter, and during this moon time, planning ahead was needed to gain resources for the next season. When the seasons start to shift and the bear stirs from its’ den, it is a good time for us to set intentions for creating new opportunities towards better horizons.
For the evening, please prepare your space with a comfortable area to lay down/relax in a comfy chair, have an eye-covering on hand or dimmed lights in the room, a note pad/pen and a water bottle. If you work with any special power items or an altar, you can have them nearby open and can work with your crystals during the journeys.
Note:
This program will be offered online. It will be recorded and shared with registrants after each online program for a limited time only.
