- Go behind the scenes of a small-batch rum distillery for an inside look into the day-to-day operations
- Explore the colorful history of New York City's rum business, from colonial times through Prohibition and up to the modern era
- Sip samples of dry white rum distilled on site using locally sourced organic molasses, giving it a clean and pure taste
