What you'll learn in this tour class:

Tour Manhattan's only indoor hydroponic farm. Sip complementary Prosecco as you taste new and unique flavors from around the world. A sensory experience unlike any other in New York.

Inside our Tribeca production farm, we use LED lighting, hydroponics, and technology to grow a huge variety of culinary plants, numbering over 200 to date. We use no pesticides or chemicals, and 95% less water than a traditional farm - in other words, 100% nasty-free.

Our clients include Michelin-starred restaurants around the city, including Eleven Madison Park, Atera, Daniel, Jungsik, Chef's Table, Marea and others.

In this one-hour tour, you will have the chance to taste dozens of rare plant varieties, most of which are never available fresh in New York City. With expert guidance, you will uncover the science of how plants thrive in completely-controlled conditions, and experience new flavors and ways of thinking about culinary plants.

Includes

  • 55-minute guided tour
  • Tasting of dozens of different rare-herbs, microgreens and edible flowers
  • Complimentary Prosecco
  • Complimentary gift curated to help continue your hydroponic experience outside of the farm
  • All tips and gratuities - no need to tip!

Please note: For commercial reasons, this tour is not open to attendees who operate a commercial hydroponic farm. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Complimentary alcohol is served to those over 21.
