What you'll learn in this dance fitness class:
Join Soca N Sweat as Shelly straight from St. Kitts, instructs and bring you a fun and exciting dance fitness virtual class led where she leads us to warm up, stretch, and learn the fundamentals of whining. Log on for an hour of waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness.
All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!
You will recieve an email 30 minutes before class start with link to virtual class.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds, however class tickets are transferable.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
