What you'll learn in this music class:

Shake things up with Richie Barshay's ongoing Body Percussion Group Class (no instruments necessary). Experience new ways of playing beats with your whole body, and enhance your rhythmic creativity in these hunker-down times. Learn new rhythms and ideas to take with you for hours of self-sustaining groove creation in the confines of your own home or neighborhood.
For beginners and seasoned musicians alike, the class will tap into eastern and western musical traditions, cultivating a more grounded connection to time and the beat within yourself.
Through elements of the Alexander Technique (Richie is also an AmSAT certified teacher), you’ll learn to use your body as a gateway to more rhythmic flow!
Refund Policy
- Full refund less 5% cancellation fee or full credit for another session of classes are available until 4 business days before your 1st class begins.
- If you cancel your registration 2 business days before your 1st or 2nd class begins, a partial prorated school credit can be given.
- If your class has met 3 times or it is less than 24 hours before your 3rd class, no credit is available.
The school reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration.
If the school cancel a class due to low enrollment or other reasons, you will be notified by email and/or phone before the class start date, and we will issue school credit. If you would like a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a refund. In the event of a canceled class, we would love to help you find an alternate instrument to learn!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
