Should a delegate be unable to attend the event then a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please contact the relevant Terrapinn office for information on how to do this.

Should a delegate be unable to attend the event and wish to cancel their registration then this will be subject to the following:
a. All requests for cancellation need to be made in writing to the relevant Terrapinn office
b. Up to 8 weeks before the event date a 25% cancellation fee will be applicable. Any amounts received by Terrapinn will be refunded accordingly within 7 days.
c. Up to 4 weeks before the event date a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable. Any amounts received by Terrapinn will be refunded accordingly within 7 days.
d. After this point Terrapinn will not be able provide delegates with refunds and a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable
