About Chef Shaun:

After falling in love with food at a young age, Chef Shaun became culinary educated at Johnson and Wales University, and The Art Institute of New York. She has since worked in some of New York's best restaurants, which has taught her how to respect each individual ingredient. In addition, her love of the farm-to-table philosophy brought her to volunteer for an organization that helps families learn how to prepare healthy foods.

    Very intimate setting with personalized attention. I was not expecting the venue to be a private home so that surprised me but once we got cooking things got relaxed and I enjoyed the class. I got to take home tons of leftover treats and our teacher provided lots of extra snacks which we didn’t expect. I would recommend this class.
