Not only do we offer group fitness classes like Insane Kickbox Camp, Sweat Shop and other weight-training/cardio based classes but Indoor Cycling at it's best with our 2011 Schwinn Pro Performance bikes.

If you have never cycled before, that's just fine! We have a Cycle Virgin class that is just for you.

Are you cycling pro? We offer a weekend Spin-A-Thon or a daily Vicious Cycle.
