Very well planned class with delicious food and step by step instructions. Instructors were wonderful. One critique, which had nothing to do with the course itself, was the Hotel that the course was held at was very hot. Dress appropriately:)

Great class, instructor fabulous
Fun girls night out!

Class was interesting and informative

Overall, a good classs.

I didn't love the instructor. She was kind of rigid. The pizza was fine-nothing special. My parents had fun since this was a holiday gift.
-
Overall this was a really good class! Maria was friendly and focused, all the materials were provided, and I learned some really helpful techniques. I have some experience making pasta but wanted to learn the intricacies of ravioli and this class delivered. I had a good time and so did people who were brand new to pasta making. It was a bit rushed because there's several steps to making the ravioli so the only way it could have been improved would be to either have less people (or more pasta rollers) or to make it a slightly longer class.

Was pretty simple and straightforward.. don’t think I learnt much.. the pizza wasn’t that good (but might have been on us rather than the instructor)

Maria was very personable! She conducted the cooking class with professionalism and her deamonor was to the point and very encouraging. She demonstrated and she spoke and talked with each chef (i.e., the registrants) personally. The pizza was delicious!

This was a very positive learning experience. Maria was a good instructor. I would most likely enroll in another one of her classes

-
This class was awesome! Maria was very friendly and very attentive to each group. Thanks for the delicious meal/recipes!
-
We had such a fun time at this pizza making event! Chef Maria made the directions easy to follow, and she was extremely knowledgeable. We learned helpful tips and tricks, and our pizza was very yummy!

Although I was a little late I caught up and mastered my pizza with my boyfriend... with pizza being his favorite food this was really a fun and great experience!!
-
Great class. The instructor was patient and very informative. End result, delicious pizza! Definitely going to take another cooking class.

-
Great experience!!
-
Chef was very knowledgable, fun, and had interesting conversation. We made delicious pasta and had a great time!
-
The instructor was great but the set-up was not. She had to yell to be heard over “The Friends” trivia going on around the corner from us.

-
A very fun, very tasty and informative class! Our instructor was very helpful and gave a lot of background historical information, and the finished product was absolutely delicious.

The class was great and steps were very easy to follow. Chef Maria was very attentive and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Maria was a joy. She was a very gracious and patient instructor. A bit odd however was that the class took place inside of a hotel common area. This made a few things slightly off-putting, like a wildly overpriced on-site bar (but we get it...a hotel bar in Times Square), other hotel guests walking through and inevitably, chiming in with comments like "we getting some too right?? where's the line to get some?", and the only sink to wash your hands is at the common bathrooms, "around the corner, down the hall", which is pretty awkward since they're shared with the conference rooms/business center (imagine waiting to wash sticky, flour-covered hands with an apron on, amongst serious business guys waiting to go back to their meeting -- not so much embarrassing, but...it was a bit odd) However, for the price we paid, we understand some of these shortcomings, and despite all the remarks, the good definitely outweighed the bad. We got to enjoy delicious gnocchi, take a good amount of leftovers home, and all in all, it was a good and fun experience. We would take this class again, but we'd probably be better mentally prepared next time.

It was so fun! So interesting. We had a great teacher. I loved it !

Great class! Easy to follow instructions and lots of fun! Definitely recommend!
-
Instructor was very informative. Thank you.

Did this as a work team building event and we had a blast. Maria is very knowledgeable and makes it easy for a chef at any level to make a delicious pizza.

The class and instructor was amazing

The teacher chef was wonderful. Fun and delicious too!

Chef Maria was excellent. Her story and the experience were one of a kind. Highly recommend this for friends, couples, families, teams...
-
The Pizza Party was so fun! We sat next to a really nice couple and enjoyed the step by step process. Maria gave historical tidbits behind pizza and the recipe overall. The pizza itself was good, too!!!!
-
It was a fantastic class, even though I thought it started a bit slow. We got thorough demonstrations of every technique, and it was basic enough that we could imitate easily. Not sure I came through with the best results, but our teachers were very encouraging and positive. I had always wanted to learn how to make my own pasta and this class made it very fun and accessible!
-
Loved it!

The class was great and the instructor was patient and helpful. Me and my dad showed up pretty late and we were well accommodated. I’m deducting one star because the glass size is large for the amount of space we’re given.
-
Great setup, all ingredients were fresh. Maria gave a couple of pro cooking tips that were great, maybe just a little less talking would help to keep the event running on time.

Very enjoyable, the class was a lot of fun. The directions were very easy to follow and the results were great.

It was an amazing class with Maria. She is a lovely person , taught every step in details on focusing at all her students. I highly recommend to take her sessions..
-
Great class. Maria made it a lot of fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class. We found Maria’s pizza history to be incredibly interesting and informative. And we were blown away about how good the food came out!

The class was the perfect length of time, and I for sure had fun. I would, however, emphasize in the description that this is a pretty intro/basic level class--I've made pizzas at home before, so this class was hardly the type of class that really upped my game. I also think the description was a bit too heavy on the authentic style of Naples pizza. Other than the hand made dough, the ingredients/toppings were really mediocre--I'd have thought an authentic pizza would have top level toppings like SLICES of mozzarella cheese that are FRESH!
I'd recommend this class for couples who don't cook looking to add variety to their date night, but the class was not the authentic, professional cooking class I was expecting. The hotel location sort of made the company appear a bit amateur, though I understand the class needed room to accommodate everyone. Overall, I'd take a CocuSocial class again, but I'd pay closer attention to what is being made and how it is presented in the description to weed out any cheap classes trying to look premium.

Enjoyed creating my custom pizza and the class was great. The chef took her time to make everyone’s pizza dough was prepared correctly before moving forward to our finished product. Nice way to spend a Sunday evening and enjoy a tasty pizza.
-
This class was great! Maria was fantastic! We came with a group of 8 for a company team building event. Everything went really well, everyone had fun and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend.
-
It was so much fun! We had a big group and we worked in pairs. Really recommend this class. Only thing I would change is that the pizza be cooked a bit longer :)
-
She was awesome! Very encouraging and professional
-
Maria was an absolutely amazing instructor. She was able to accommodate my party of 16 people without a hitch. The class was truly informational and fun. Not one person in my party had any complaints and all would love to return for more of your classes. Thank you for making my wife's birthday an unforgettable one!
-
Awesome experience! Had so much fun and it was delicious

Great class!!! The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly and assistant was very helpful throughout! I will definitely take another Cucusocial class!

It was very well done. Fantastic ingredients and the chef was super knowledgeable.
-
really fun!
-
Not enough space to work, class size too large, unsanitary conditions, no guidance during class.
Cost seemed reasonable at purchase, but not once we were there. Had to take photo of recipe! Just ridiculous!
-
-
We had a riot! Thanks so much for the good time (and sorry if we were some of your messier chefs - lots of first-timers!).
-
-
Class was fun, fast paced and we ate our creation. Delicious!! Maria, the chef, was absolutely great and I am looking forward to another class with her.
-
The teacher was very good and the food was incredible!
-
We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary with CocuSocial. Not only was the class made to be simplistic and entertaining, but we took away skills that we are excited to keep practicing in our own home and tricks of the trade we can use for years to come. Thank you for a fun night!
-
-
Really organized layout of the class.
The instructor was nice and patient in explaining the directions. Great date night idea.

We loves our class with Maria. She was very knowledgeable and the pizza making was easy. Easy enough that we plan on trying it at home. Looking forward to taking another course with her.
-
Maria was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went at a nice pace and repeated steps to make sure everyone was following along. Pizza was unexpectedly easy to make and seems totally doable at home, which I’m excited to try. I think would have been a better experience if the class was in a kitchen setting rather than in a hotel lounge. Overall, it was a very fun experience!

-
Maria was an excellent instructor. She made cooking so much fun; and she is very knowledgeable. She is definitely an instructor I would love to take lessons from again.

We had so much fun! Not only did we learn how to make an authentic Italian meal, but we also gained a greater appreciation for the art of cooking. Really eye opening, even life changing.
-
This was a very disappointing experience. The instructor did provide some useful tips for creating the dough when she was doing her presentation but, there was very limited oversight and not a lot of feedback while the students attempted to create the dough.
Also, I was under the impression from the description we'd get to make the sauces. Instead the instructor makes the sauces and cooks the past for you. You can at least cook the pasta for your second batch. The instructor told us multiple times that there wouldn't be enough time to cook all our pasta so each group could only cook a limited amount, but we finished with 20 minutes still left in the course. They also told us to pack our remaining dough and freeze it for a meal tomorrow, but the assistant had come by and thrown the rest of our dough out.
Lastly, the Residence Inn bar tables aren't exactly the best place to try and learn how to cook. There were 16 people standing around a high bar table trying to knead and cut dough.
-
5 stars absolutely! The teacher was so knowledgeable about the ingredients and gave great instruction.
Our team had so much fun.

I have done a variety of cooking classes before (1 steak and sides, 1 chicken, shrimp, and desert, and 2 pizza classes), and this was by far the most relatable. The other classes were fun in their own right, but I didn't feel I could go home and make the dishes myself, even with the take-home recipes. I left this class knowing I can go home and make pizza without too much effort or knowledge.
We also met some new people and had a great time. This was all around a great experience. Highly worth it.
-
This was a fun class and overall I enjoyed it... the pizza came out delicious! The instructions provided by the instructor were helpful, although at some times they could have been clearer. Also, I thought that we would be making individual personal pizzas in this class - I was not expecting to have to work in a stranger, but it ended up being alright because we had similar tastes and personalities. I just wish I had known that might be a possibility beforehand.
