Pablo Sanchez

Teaches at The Institute of Culinary Education

Chef Pablo studied at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where he graduated with honors and trained in traditional French technique and Pastry Arts. During training he was introduced to the term ‘soigne’. One of his instructors alway's referred to him as the soigne chef. From that point the term has stayed with him. After graduation, Chef Pablo apprenticed under Executive Chef and owner Dan Barber of “Blue Hill” at Stone Barns; then going on to work in restaurants, catering and instructing culinary classes. Chef Pablo has devoted much time and energy to teaching adults and children the essentials of cooking. In addition to teaching cooking classes, Chef Pablo creates menus, room designs and wine parings for private dinner parties that he personally cooks for and hosts in the New York City Metropolitan area.
