Teaches at Improvolution

Jessica started on her improv journey with Improvolution back in 2013 and just couldn’t get enough! From a young age Jessica found joy in bringing joy to others through comedy. She holds a BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College and has had the opportunity to study at multiple improv schools including UCB, The Groundlings, and The Second City, while continuing to come home to Improvolution! 

When she is not yes and-ing with her all female troupe, Hot Codlins, Jessica can be found baking up some sweet treats! She is looking forward to helping anyone and everyone tap into their improv genius that they never knew they had!

Rebecca Stuard is bringing over 18 years of improvisation experience to Improvolution, joining as the Creative Director in 2014. On top of her wide range of performing and teaching experience, she was one of the founders of CoDeCo (CoDependent Theater Co) in New York City, an entertainment and corporate instructive company. She was a Lead Facilitator for manager module training programs: corporate leadership, team building and effective brainstorming for her clients which include Bank of America, GE, Citi Bank, and Money Magazine.  

She teaches Fundamentals of Improv and is often performing in shows at Improvolution and she is an Adjunct Professor in the Theater Department at Pace University.

She also has been performing as a background player on Saturday Night Live for 12 years and counting.
