Naomi Barrettara & Stuart Holt

​Naomi Barrettara is a Program Development Consultant and Staff Lecturer at The Metropolitan Opera Guild, involved with several of the Guild’s community programs, including Opera Boot Camp, Score Reading, Study Days, and Opera Outlooks. She is also the co-host and producer of The Metropolitan Opera Guild Podcast, launched in the fall of 2015, as well as Opera After Dark, launched in 2016. As a long-time member of the Guild’s lecturer roster, Naomi specializes in communicating her musical knowledge and study of the operatic art form to audiences and classrooms in an approachable and engaging manner.

Stuart Holt is the Director of School Programs and Community Engagement of the Metropolitan Opera Guild and oversees all educational programming. In this position he administers the Guild’s K-12 school programs and directs all community/adult programming, which include pre-performance lectures, score-reading seminars, masterclasses, courses, and backstage tours. Under his leadership, he also guided the launch of the Metropolitan Opera Guild podcast in 2015, for which he now serves as the co-host.
