Vinay Jain is Head of Legal at Shake, a venture-backed early stage startup focused on making it dead simple to create, sign and send basic legal agreements on your mobile device. Previously, he ran business development and was legal counsel at Flavorpill, a digital media company focused on culture. Vinay practiced M&A at Skadden before leaving to launch a social media startup. He is a graduate of NYU Law. Molly Siems is Director of Legal and Business Affairs at NewsCred. Prior to her current job, she did deal work at Kirkland & Ellis and worked on the business side in digital marketing for two years, before transitioning into IP law. She is a Columbia Law School grad and InSITE alum.
