What you'll learn in this arabic class:

A functional approach to create a bright, innovative class for the study of Levantine colloquial Arabic. This course is rich in everyday cultural content and real-life functional situations as well as comprehensive grammar. This dialect is spoken in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine, and is also very well understood in eastern and southeastern parts of the Arab world. The key topics covered gradually lead students to understand, use, and speak the Levantine Dialect for future travel and study in the region.

Prerequisite: 30 hours of Elementary Arabic and /or Arabic 101 or equivalent;
