What you'll learn in this basic arabic class:

Modern Standard Arabic 101 is an introductory course for students who have not previously studied Arabic. Arabic 101 will introduce you to the letters and sounds of the Arabic alphabet, as well as a number of greetings, common phrases and basic vocabulary. By the end of the course, you will be able to read and write in Modern Standard Arabic (the language of radio, television and newspapers throughout the Arab World), as well as communicate with native speakers of Arabic at a very basic level.
