Horton Technique - Adv. Beg.

Horton Technique defies any limits of what the body can do. From fingertip articulation to elongation of the entire body in space, Horton discipline is attentive to minute detail as well as length and freedom of space-carving movements. Whether bodies are tipping off balance, elongating horizontally or vertically, moving so slowly that a gentle stillness has stopped time itself, falling and holding just a breath from the floor, there still always exists that last extra inch to strive for.

Advanced Beginning (Adv. Beg.): exercising and building upon a working knowledge. For students with a thorough working knowledge of the style. We recommend at least 1 year of prior training. This level appeals to many students and it is common to find a wide range of students attending this level.
