Informative and well presented.
This was an amazing introduction into the voice acting world. It started with a brief overview of voice acting and then entered into a varying array of the possibilities that you could choose to work with. From commercials to animation and everything in between. Hearing both your own contributions and that of the others in the class gives you an idea of what the business could become for you. The instructor was quite knowledgeable and was able to coach and give direction to each person in a way that worked best for them. The in booth experience was enlightening as well. It showed what to expect and revealed the intricacies required by both the actor and the technician to make the entire process work. If you are thinking about voice acting and want a little more information, I would wholeheartedly recommend this course.
It was an excellent class. Lots of information to sink your teeth into and also a lot of fun. Danielle made the class so enjoyable! I was very nervous at first but her wonderful personality, knowledge, and experience put me at ease and I just went for it in the booth. This was out of my comfort zone for sure but I was excited to try. Thank you
Really informative course that focus about 2/3's on the industry and 1/3 on actual vocal assessment in the booth. If you know nothing about the VO industry, and you are interested, this is a great starting course. Honest assessment of your vocal potential is given a few days later by email and phone call with zero pressure to sign up for professional training.
Class ended 40 minutes early. Would be nice to have enough content to fill the entire 2 hours.
This class was exactly as was described...an investigation into voice over, and now 24 hours later, it's really got me on track to thinking more clearly as to whether or not I want or can succeed in voice over. And I'm more confident now after taking the class, that it is the direction I want to go in career-wise! John, our teacher, was so helpful and patient and made the class very relaxed with his personable attitude. I suggest this class if you're on the fence whether or not to pursue voice over
Good informative class. The instructor and engineer had some very good information and relayed this to the participants. Would have liked to have had one 5 minute break during the class is the only drawback that I could see here.
Great instructor. lots of valuable insight
Noel Romano is an excellent teacher of voice-over techniques and a real working professional. The class was most helpful.
