’m the executive chef and co-founder of Butler, a neighborhood favorite in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Prior to opening Butler, I've held executive pastry chef positions at Django, Double Crown, PUBLIC, and Piora, where I helped them earn their Michelin Star two years in a row. I'm passionate about baki
