This class will help you sharpen your observational skills, especially of the everyday objects around you as we will use what we have at home to create our compositions. We will work to develop an understanding of watercolor pigments, how they relate to watercolor with layering, wet on wet, gradation, mingling and other techniques. Experimentation, pushing the boundaries, is encouraged. There will be some demos, introduction to the work of some of the great watercolor artists, and critiques. All levels of experience are welcome.
