What story are you telling you about yourself? In this workshop, we will explore how self-defeating narratives could be limiting your potential. We will learn how to develop new, empowering narratives that can support you in reaching your goals and separating yourself from the problems you may be facing.
About the instructor:
Christine Valenzuela is a mental health counselor who believes in the transformative power of providing a safe space for others to feel supported, seen, and validated.
Christine received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and has training and experience supporting birthing mothers and their families through labor and delivery as a Full Spectrum Doula. She has experience supporting individuals with but not limited to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. The versatility of her education has fostered her understanding and emphasis on the mind, body, and soul connection in therapeutic work.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
