How to Turn First-Time Buyers Into Repeat Customers is a practical business training class designed to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, handmade product sellers, and creative business professionals build lasting customer relationships and increase repeat sales. Attracting a new customer is only the beginning of building a successful business. The key to long-term growth is creating a positive buying experience that encourages customers to return, recommend your products, and develop loyalty to your brand.
This class is divided into two learning sections. Part 1 is a one-hour live virtual stream session that introduces customer retention strategies, customer satisfaction principles, repeat-purchase techniques, and practical ways to encourage customer loyalty. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A session and gain a clearer understanding of how to apply these strategies to their businesses.
Part 2 consists of an online learning session in which students log into their student accounts and complete four course modules. These modules expand on the concepts introduced during the live session, helping students understand customer behavior, improve the customer experience, develop follow-up strategies, and create a customer retention plan.
By the end of this class, students will have a foundation for turning one-time transactions into ongoing customer relationships that support stronger brand recognition, consistent sales, and sustainable business growth.
