  • Utilize the tools to available within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to capture important sales information and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Identify how Goal Management enables organizations to manage and analyze performance.
  • Use the Sales Analysis tools that Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides analyze and report on sales-related information

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

If it becomes necessary to reschedule or cancel a registered class, students must provide advance notice in writing to the Educational Consultant five business days prior to the start of the class. For rescheduling purposes, this action will allow the student to select an alternate class without penalty.

  • If a student withdraws from the institution on or before the first class day, or fails to begin a class, the refund shall equal the sum of all amounts paid or to be paid by or on behalf of the student for the program, less an administrative fee of $100.00.
  • If after a class has begun and before the expiration of 10% of their program for which he or she was charged, a student withdraws, drops out, or otherwise fails to attend classes, the refund shall equal 75% of all amounts paid or to be paid by or on behalf of the student for the program, less a $100 administrative fee per course.
  • If after expiration of 10% of the program for which he or she was charged, and before expiration of 25% of the period, a student withdraws, drops out or otherwise fails to attend classes, the refund shall equal 25% of all amounts paid or to be paid on behalf of the student for the program, less administrative fee of $100 per course. If after expiration of 25% of the program for which he or she was charged, a student withdraws, drops out or otherwise fails to attend classes, the student may be deemed obligated for 100% of the tuition, fees and other charges assessed by the institution.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
