What you'll learn in this dance fitness class:
FUKK THE FLOORWURK is an all level, interactive exotic and fitness class powered by The Choreography House!
This movement-based experience includes video tutorials demonstrated and lead by a TCH Instructor. Each class session includes a Warm Up Routine and Floorwurk Progressions to prepare the body for class. Dancers learn and rehearse a Fukk The Floorwurk sequence that draws influence from exotic flow, acrobatic balancing, low flow choreography and various dance genres. Class ends with a Cool Down sequence to wrap up this unique on-line experience.
LEVEL: All Level
ATTIRE: Sexy Workout Wear, Kneepads, Leg Warmers and Stilettos
EQUIPMENT: Yoga Mat, Workout Body Towel and Water / Kneepads Recommended
