I'​ve worked in the health & fitness field for 7 over years. In my early 20′s, I worked as an Accounting Manager for a small company in San Diego. Soon realizing this didn’t qualify as my “dream job”, I followed my passion for fitness and moved to the east coast where I worked at New York Sports Club for 5 years and led a highly successful boot camp program, with BodyProject Fitness. I’ve trained and learned from the best of the best!

After I felt my adventure on the east coast had come to an end (and let’s be honest, those winters are brutal!) I returned to California in August 2011, bringing back a souvenir……my husband!

Once I started CardioBody Fitness, the end goal was to get a studio space where my husband and I could combine our businesses and host a wide variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. Three weeks after I delivered my first baby, the lease was signed and the renovating began!

CardioBody is a place where all ages and levels are welcome, and I’m always just a phone call or email away to answer any question you may have! I strive to help my clients embrace a healthy diet and exercise program, to overcome the view of healthy living as a daunting task, and to forge a new “lifestyle”. I truly believe in the potential of all my clients to achieve their goals and to keep the results they’re looking for. I see the changes happen time and time again!
